Help Simon!

Simon's Saturday 2/18/2012

Simon is a 2nd grade student at St. Ann's School. He's been fighting leukemia for most of his life and wil be undergoing a bone marrow transplant on February 9th. There are many children and adults who also need this life saving transplant - anyone of them could be your child, sibling, parent or friend. So, let's celebrate Simon and his fight by getting swabbed. February 18th will be a bone marrow donor drive. A quick cheek swab and you will be entered into the donor database. You can't turn on the news anymore without hearing the words 'heath care reform', followed by lots of conflicting information, yea's, nay's, cheers and jeers. It is an important topic as it affects everyone in our country medically and financially. Pennsylvania's Catholic Bishops recently discussed this hot topic.
