DESCRIPTION:Miller-Keystone Blood Center and the Diocese of Allentown are teaming up to host a diocese-wide blood drive in honor of Saint Januarius\, the patron saint of blood banks. Parishioners are encouraged to donate blood at one of MKBC’s donor centers beginning on the Feast Day of Saint Januarius\, September 19th\, through December 16th\, one of the miracle dates of his blood liquification. In addition to saving lives\, all donors who provide their parish’s Sponsor Code at the time of their appointment will receive a Saint Januarius medallion\, blessed by Bishop Schlert. We will also have prayer cards available for those donors who already have a medallion from last year and would prefer a prayer card instead. DESCRIPTION:Come welcome the Holy Family and Keep Christ in Christmas! Please join the Knights of Columbus for a beautiful blessing of our outdoor Nativity located near the rectory and the school. We should be starting around 5:30pm (right after 4:30pm Mass). This is an extremely family-friendly event and young children are particularly invited even if you don’t attend that specific mass. It is a reminder to all of us that we are preparing to celebrate the coming of Jesus. \n\n\n\nThe short ceremony includes some carols and a blessing of the parish outdoor nativity. Did we mention refreshments will be served as well? Bring the kiddos\, your friends and your singing voices. See you there!
