Just a quick update – we were able to donate just over 100 pounds of fresh veggies this week. That brings our total up to 147.4 pounds!
Our weekly donations benefit the local food banks. This season we are working to help New Bethany Ministries, Cay Galgon Life House, The Nehemiah Wall/Greater Shiloh Church Food Pantry (Bethlehem Campus), and Whitehall Food Pantry at St. Stephen’s Food Pantry.
Attention local gardeners – would you like to help us with our food donations? We are gladly accepting donations of extra produce from our community gardeners. Just drop off your donations on Saturdays before 11am at the Garden of Mercy and we’ll make sure it’s included in the weekly totals.
