The second Saturday of the odd numbered months, local Knight Councils have been volunteering at the Allentown Ecumenical Kitchen.  From 8:30 to 2:00 6-8 people are needed to prep, cook, and serve a lunch under the direction of the staff.  On occasion helping to put away donations may also be needed. 

Knights, their families, friends, and all parishioners are welcome to volunteer.
